Responsibilities
- Support the Procurement QA manager and Specialists in policing the quality of food and non-food produce
- Monitor PK (Packaging) and DLC (Date Life Cycle) from the supplier base
- Support specification development
- Generate reports and perform statistical analysis
- Work closely with the Food Store and PK teams
- Ensure a fact-based approach to quality and measurement is maintained
