Procurement Purchasing

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage purchase orders in SAP to support production and business requirements
• Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders to ensure timely supplier confirmations and deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials and resolve shortages, delays, or delivery issues
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations
• Support procurement activities through data analysis, cost tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related function
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and supplier communications
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications
• Intermediate English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
• Knowledge of inventory management, material planning, or MRP processes
• Experience working with supplier performance, delivery tracking, or shortage resolution
