Procurement Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement tools to facilitate the monitoring of service providers
• Design, collect, organize, and analyze data to derive strategic information
• Perform predictive analysis and advanced data visualization for strategic exploitation
• Provide managerial support and assist in team management alongside the manager
• Participate in the monitoring, development, and management of service provider contracts and tenders
• Propose and implement budget management tools and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Elaborate technical specifications and requirements (cahiers des charges)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Management
• Seeking a 12-month apprenticeship contract
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT tools
• Strong data collection and analytical skills
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, organization, and ability to work in a team
