Procurement Project Intern - Maintenance Turnaround

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement process for maintenance turnarounds, including launching tenders and implementing contracts
• Consolidate procurement tracking tables for budgets, orders, and performance KPIs
• Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities, including supplier audits, innovation initiatives, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate procurement data and prepare presentation materials for internal stakeholders
• Assist in the supplier creation process and order tracking via internal platforms
• Develop CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives within the maintenance procurement team
• Conduct RFQs (Request for Quotations) and analyze offers using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach to support supplier selection

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Procurement or a technical field with a procurement specialization
• Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets and Google Slides
• Professional proficiency in English
• High level of rigor, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously
• Willingness to travel occasionally depending on project needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish or Italian
