Procurement Performance and Transformation Manager/PMO

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor procurement performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop dashboards and produce reporting for the Procurement Department
• Identify levers for improving performance, costs, quality, and lead times
• Drive continuous improvement processes and support their deployment
• Contribute to the structuring, harmonization, and optimization of procurement processes
• Support transformation and digitalization projects within the procurement function
• Coordinate various stakeholders including procurement, business units, finance, IT, and suppliers
• Participate in change management to facilitate the adoption of new tools and methods
• Contribute to the definition and deployment of procurement strategy

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Management, Finance, or equivalent
• Significant experience in procurement, procurement performance, PMO, or organizational transformation consulting
• Strong skills in performance management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project management
• Excellent analytical, structuring, and synthesis capabilities
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools
• Advanced mastery of Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of procurement tools and issues regarding governance, digitalization, and change management
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and interact with stakeholders at various levels
