Procurement Operations Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system interface issues for all procurement systems and processes
• Act as the first line of support for database management, Workday, ServiceNow, and other procurement systems
• Provide technical support and data analysis reports using MS Office and procurement databases
• Perform quality control audits to ensure data integrity and system process administration
• Develop solutions to enhance user navigation of procurement systems and processes
• Update and document technical procedures and processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional team members and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Business Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2 years of experience working with procurement source-to-pay software, related procurement systems, and database systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Analytics, Project Management (PMP), or Supply Management certifications
• Experience constructing and troubleshooting source-to-pay procurement software
• Experience with analytic and reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot, Workday Analytics, or Power BI
• In-depth knowledge of business management, procurement, and strategic sourcing
• Ability to travel up to 20% for meetings, projects, or conferences
