Procurement Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute supplier registration processes to ensure accurate and compliant records
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within defined service levels
• Investigate and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies with Accounts Payable and suppliers
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders and suppliers on procurement tools and processes
• Maintain procurement systems, including punchout catalogs and third-party ordering sites
• Monitor the procurement inbox and route inquiries to the appropriate channels
• Review and reconcile procurement card transactions to verify spend accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• At least 1 year of experience executing the procure-to-pay process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
• Strong knowledge of procurement workflows and systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with cross-functional partners
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or e-procurement tools such as Workday
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CPIM)
