Procurement Operations Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional execution of the procurement function for MVH Europe, managing a geographically dispersed team.
• Provide direction and structure for Procurement Hospital Support roles to ensure best-in-class tactical support for clinics.
• Oversee Supply Chain Support and Coupa enablement to optimize procurement platforms and logistics integration.
• Build trusted relationships with regional leaders and functional stakeholders to position procurement as a strategic partner.
• Drive operational consistency across multiple European markets, balancing standardization with decentralized needs.
• Lead, develop, and inspire an international team across multiple procurement disciplines.
• Champion the adoption and optimization of procurement technologies and scalable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of procurement, operations, or supply chain leadership experience within multinational organizations.
• Proven experience leading multi-country teams across both strategic and tactical procurement.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are highly beneficial.
• Strong background in managing complex stakeholder environments and driving process improvement at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or APICS.
• Experience with Coupa procurement software.
• Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, or veterinary environments.
• Additional education in leadership, operations, or project management.
