Procurement Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate day-to-day procurement operations, including vendor onboarding, intake triage, PO creation, and approval coordination.
• Manage the procure-to-pay cycle by partnering with Accounts Payable on vendor master data, PO accuracy, and dispute resolution.
• Design and scale fast-buy processes such as P-card programs, catalogs, and self-service paths to reduce manual queues.
• Lead contract redlining for SOWs and Order Forms regarding commercial terms.
• Re-architect procurement functions using AI agents, automation, and Airtable-native tooling to replace manual workflows.
• Build and deploy multi-step automated workflows and verify AI outputs with high rigor.
• Execute cross-functional Finance Operations projects as business priorities evolve.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance operations, business operations, or program management.
• Proven ability to direct AI tools to produce high-quality work and build automated workflows.
• Experience with procurement, financial, or legal systems such as Zip, Coupa, Workday, or Ironclad CLM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust register for different stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and a bias toward action in complex environments.
