Procurement Operations Execution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update purchase orders and agreements in corresponding systems to ensure proper setup.
• Track and manage contract milestones, including renewals, expirations, and amendments, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Interpret contract language and terms into actionable administrative steps and identify key obligations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and suppliers to resolve operational, commercial, or contractual issues.
• Maintain organized repositories of contracts and supporting documentation for audit and stewardship purposes.
• Monitor and maintain contractual obligations and provide requested reporting to Business Lines and Supervisors.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and control catalogues, including the management of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract administration and managing purchase orders.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and document management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination across functions.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to internal controls and compliance.
• Fluency in English.
