Procurement Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute commercial strategies through request for quotation processes and manage purchase orders valued between 10k-100k+.
• Support invoice troubleshooting and resolve purchasing process issues by collaborating with Business Lines, Payables, and Supply Chain teams.
• Facilitate and analyze quotations for various business units and validate competitive pricing.
• Manage vendor relationships and validate vendor setup in procurement and accounting systems.
• Conduct commercial and terms and conditions negotiations to create value and savings.
• Monitor control requirements, lead times, and aged requisitions to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the full Source to Pay process.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills with an analytical mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle/SAP, OpenInvoice, and PowerBI.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
