Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire upstream supply chain for an automotive client, from requirement expression to parts availability in stores
• Calculate precise part requirements and decide on part launches
• Lead regular cross-functional meetings with technical and purchasing entities
• Select optimal suppliers based on quality, cost, and lead time criteria
• Draft and launch purchase requests and monitor order progress
• Manage part allocation for assembly workshops
• Provide regular KPI reporting to the department head

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) with an Engineering background
• Previous experience in a similar procurement or logistics role is preferred
• Strong ability to coordinate between different technical and purchasing departments
