BaRupOn LLC is a Texas-based energy and infrastructure company specializing in resilient power systems, including battery storage, hydrogen facilities, and grid-stabilizing renewable installations.

Responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and track construction materials including concrete, rebar, conduit, cabling, structural steel, piping, and fasteners
• Establish vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and bulk purchasing agreements
• Maintain procurement logs, material trackers, and purchase orders for ongoing projects
• Work closely with site managers, engineers, and superintendents to forecast and fulfill material needs
• Verify material deliveries, inspect for quality, and coordinate returns or replacements
• Ensure all purchases align with project budgets and schedules
• Manage on-site inventory and coordinate storage and staging plans
• Monitor market trends and lead times to optimize procurement strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management in construction or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment for civil, electrical, and structural scopes
• Proficiency with procurement software, spreadsheets, and document control (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent negotiation, organization, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for vendor visits or site deliveries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy, utility, or infrastructure project environments
• Familiarity with Texas-based suppliers and DOT materials
• Working knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
• Background in inventory control, ERP systems, or construction logistics planning
