Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the full procurement lifecycle including sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, and contract finalization
• Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, and Studio Operations to deliver timely procurement solutions
• Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing
• Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records across various platforms and systems
• Track and follow up on deliveries, contract timelines, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations
• Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms
• Collaborate with team leads and the Head of Procurement on process improvements and project-based initiatives

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar supply chain role
• Strong understanding of procurement flows, including RFQ/RFP processes and contracting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under time pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems
• Experience with procurement tools and tracking platforms
