Responsibilities

• Accountable for service delivery into a portfolio of accounts
• Negotiate SaaS deals on behalf of a range of customers
• Work closely with account management and sales teams to maintain customer relationships
• Act as the primary buy-side contact to ensure commercial objectives are met
• Develop software commercial category strategies with customers
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand requirements, purchase objectives, and technology strategy

Requirements

• 3-6 years of commercial experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting
• Proven negotiation expertise with in-depth knowledge of SaaS vendor levers
• Experience in high volume and high value transactions
• Clear and compelling communication skills for C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide constructive challenge
