Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations across the multifamily portfolio with a focus on vendor management and cost control
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships while negotiating pricing, terms, and commercial agreements
• Analyze vendor pricing, purchasing trends, and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process gaps
• Monitor pricing consistency and identify discrepancies or unfavorable trends
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to align purchasing with business needs and budgets
• Manage competitive bidding, vendor evaluation, and contract renewal processes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
• Proven experience in vendor pricing analysis and contract negotiation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing complex data sets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management, real estate, or facilities management
• Experience using procurement, accounting, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
