Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories, projects, or business units
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and value creation
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance
• Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Provide informal leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project management or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Experience with data centers preferred
• Track record of managing complex procurement initiatives
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Negotiation and conflict resolution expertise
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and commercial principles
