Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFI/RFP/RFQ) across assigned categories
• Deliver measurable cost savings and value through contract optimization and demand management
• Take ownership of indirect categories including IT, professional services, BPO, facilities, and HR services
• Manage key supplier relationships, performance KPIs, and SLAs
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals
• Mitigate supplier risk and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Partner with business stakeholders in Finance, Operations, IT, and HR to act as a procurement advisor
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management experience
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and delivering cost savings
• Experience managing indirect procurement categories in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of procurement systems, ERP, or sourcing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in matrixed or multi-site organizations
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or CSCP
