Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services for landscaping projects
• Perform value engineering and cost control techniques on construction contracts
• Coordinate with contractors and handle correspondence relating to the tender and review process
• Conduct tender evaluations, assessments, and prepare recommendations for contractor package awards
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all materials meet company standards and specifications
• Attend meetings with designers, contractors, and clients to review project requirements
• Manage contractor and supplier pre-qualification documentation
• Interpret contracts and ensure contractual notices and client entitlements are properly administered

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Procurement Manager role, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry
• Essential previous experience working in the Middle East
• Strong expertise in supply chain management and tender evaluation
• Proven experience in document control and maintaining detailed project documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
• Strong written reporting and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferable
