Procurement Manager SEAO

Responsibilities

• Enforce procurement policies and guidelines at the local level in alignment with regional and group direction.
• Partner with stakeholders and budget owners to support sourcing projects for categories including retail fit-out, marketing events, PR, IT, and logistics.
• Lead major sourcing projects from RFP and tender through to delivery, including supplier pre-qualification and evaluation.
• Manage day-to-day business relationships with local suppliers and conduct annual performance assessments and audits.
• Integrate sustainability into all projects and support regional ESG initiatives.
• Manage quarterly procurement reporting, including spend analysis and project dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Compliance departments to monitor Procure-to-Pay process compliance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional working experience, with at least 4-5 years specifically within procurement functions.
• Proven experience in indirect category management.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across the SEAO region.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a proactive manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Experience working within a luxury goods environment.
