Procurement Manager (R&D)

Responsibilities

• Purchase radio components, electronics, communication elements, network peripherals, and other consumables
• Rapidly search for required goods and process orders
• Control payments, shipments, and adherence to delivery deadlines
• Manage suppliers: maintain existing relationships and actively search for new ones, including for import purchases
• Organize and support import procurement processes
• Analyze the market and select optimal solutions based on price and quality
• Enter requests into the system and coordinate procurement processes
• Handle urgent requests from internal teams
• Interact with the R&D team to support their work
• Participate in beta testing projects for new solutions
• Collaborate closely with accounting, logistics, and finance departments

Requirements

• 2+ years of procurement experience
• Experience in purchasing electronic components preferred
• Technical education is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel
• Intermediate English level for documentation and negotiations
• Proven negotiation skills
