Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the procurement department and exert diligent financial process control
• Work proactively with key stakeholders to source quality products and maximize guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement business strategies with measurable performance reporting
• Manage the team life cycle, fostering a culture of growth and development
• Oversee the purchasing budget and ensure all functions are controlled and audited
• Review purchasing performance and provide recommendations to drive financial performance
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and due diligence requirements

• Proven experience in hotel purchasing

• Strong managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
