Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventive, cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with business goals
• Source, engage, and negotiate with reliable vendors to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships
• Manage IT systems used to track shipments, inventory, and supply flow
• Perform detailed risk assessments on contracts and develop mitigation procedures
• Ensure quality of purchased products and timeliness of deliveries meet brand standards
• Manage the procurement budget to achieve cost savings
• Regularly audit inventory management practices at various outlets
• Work with legal teams to review and optimise supplier contracts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement management, ideally in luxury hospitality or F&B
• Strong expertise in managing procurement and inventory IT systems and software
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage high-level supplier relationships
• Exceptional skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Deep commitment to maintaining high-quality brand standards
