About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventive, cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Source, engage, and negotiate with reliable vendors to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships
- Manage IT systems used to track shipments, inventory, and supply flow
- Perform detailed risk assessments on contracts and develop mitigation procedures
- Ensure quality of purchased products and timeliness of deliveries meet brand standards
- Manage the procurement budget to achieve cost savings
- Regularly audit inventory management practices at various outlets
- Work with legal teams to review and optimise supplier contracts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement management, ideally in luxury hospitality or F&B
- Strong expertise in managing procurement and inventory IT systems and software
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage high-level supplier relationships
- Exceptional skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Deep commitment to maintaining high-quality brand standards
