About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two
- Optimize hardware availability and supply chain lead times
- Co-lead high-stakes negotiations with primary hardware manufacturers
- Visit suppliers across Europe to audit facilities and maintain relationships
- Manage a multi-million euro annual hardware procurement budget
- Drive the launch of new energy storage and grid-edge solutions
- Develop and evolve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for chargers
- Design sourcing frameworks, RFQ designs, and automated workflows
- Oversee strategic supplier and charger contract management
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations consulting or high-stakes startup operations
- Experience managing multi-million euro budgets
- Degree in Engineering (highly preferred) or Business
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or French is a significant advantage
- Strong analytical mindset and TCO modeling skills
- Ability to implement strategies from scratch
