Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for Hardware, Software, and Services commodities.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and assess supplier capabilities.
• Spearhead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and lead negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Drive aggressive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering, process improvements, and demand management.
• Cultivate strategic alliances with key service partners and implement rigorous vendor performance management.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as engineering, legal, and project management to align procurement strategies.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management.
• Proven expertise in sourcing end-to-end services for large-scale technology deployments.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as Coupa or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder and supplier relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience related to contingent labor and the software industry.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving significant cost reductions through strategic sourcing.
