Procurement Manager - Logistics Category

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics services sourcing across Latin America and manage global sea freight strategy.
• Develop and deploy procurement strategies for assigned categories to drive innovation and best practices.
• Track forecasted performance against actual savings and implement solutions to mitigate supply risks.
• Manage ocean freight strategy and provide regular market updates to the organization.
• Represent sourcing categories with Group stakeholders and collaborate with finance to ensure measurable savings.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation processes, and overall management of strategic suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external policies, regulations, and sustainability targets.
• Coordinate category strategy planning, including insight collection and project prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience working within FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, or Industrial manufacturing industries.
• Expertise in logistics categories, specifically truckload, warehousing, co-packing, and ocean freight.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Ability to operate effectively within a complex, international matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Portuguese is considered a plus.
