Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies and policies in alignment with project goals
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to achieve optimal value
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand procurement needs and schedules
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
• Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts
• Analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve performance targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 15 years of proven experience in procurement management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Extensive experience within the construction industry
