Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for media platforms, planning tools, ad-tech, and data partners
• Develop and implement global category strategies that align with regional and business unit requirements
• Manage non-working media spend, including innovation and capability funds, ensuring commercial transparency
• Drive supplier performance management through agency satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement plans
• Champion media sustainability by identifying opportunities to reduce environmental impact within media investments
• Build and maintain standardized Scope of Work (SOW) frameworks and central repositories for agency pricing
• Analyze media spend and supplier data to provide actionable insights and benchmarks for senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Marketing
• 3-6 years of experience in procurement, media sourcing, marketing, or related commercial roles
• Proven experience running sourcing processes and conducting commercial negotiations
• Experience working with media agencies, media platforms, or the ad-tech ecosystem
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Experience in supplier performance management and relationship tracking
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of operational procurement experience, specifically within Marketing or Media categories
• In-depth knowledge of procurement tools for sourcing, quotation analysis, and contract negotiation
• Strong understanding of finance (cost benchmarking, financial audits) and legal contracting matters
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a global organization
