Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and amend procurement contracts, NDAs, and related documentation using approved templates and playbooks
• Execute medium-low spend contracts in collaboration with Global category and business partnering procurement teams
• Support contract negotiations, advise on contractual risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage end-to-end contract execution, including approvals, signatures, and record management
• Maintain accurate contract records and metadata within procurement and contract management systems
• Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance across contracting tools and repositories
• Provide responsive, customer-focused contracting support to Procurement and business stakeholders
• Identify process gaps and contribute to initiatives that improve contracting efficiency and cycle time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain management
• Strong working knowledge of procurement contracts, NDAs, and contract lifecycle processes
• Hands-on experience with contracting tools and technologies such as Ariba or OnIT
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, risks, and inconsistencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies
• Understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and audit expectations
• Exposure to global and cross-border contracting environments
