Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage global supplier onboarding on Microsoft D365, ensuring precise document verification and record keeping.
• Execute sourcing strategies to identify and select quality vendors in alignment with procurement policies.
• Draft RFQ and RFP documents to solicit quotes and proposals for various departments.
• Manage the full purchase request (PR) and purchase order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate releases.
• Negotiate commercial contract clauses and manage the contract lifecycle, including renewal tracking.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries to various global centers.
• Maintain procurement records for internal and external audits and prepare performance dashboards.
• Drive sustainable procurement practices and supplier diversity goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in indirect procurement within the IT/ITES sector or a large global organization.
• Proven category experience in Administration, IT, Manpower, and Professional Services.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing and procurement tools and ERP systems, specifically Microsoft D365.
• Ability to draft, review, and execute commercial contract clauses and procurement SOPs.
• Experience managing RFPs with both commercial and technical weightage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Experience handling internal and external audits.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and commercial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree or MBA.
• Professional procurement certifications such as CPP, CIPS, or CPSM.
• Experience in spend analysis and reporting.
