Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, and orchestrate procurement and sourcing initiatives with third-party vendors
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes from demand identification and tendering to contract conclusion
• Execute contract negotiations in alignment with risk assessments and regulatory requirements
• Manage the supplier portfolio, including evaluation, performance management, and service delivery monitoring
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and Outsourcing Management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations including MaRisk and DORA
• Analyze procurement markets to identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in procurement, ideally within banking or financial services
• Strong expertise in contract management and commercial negotiations
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with eProcurement systems is a plus
• Fluency in both German and English
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
