Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize, verify, and execute the timely procurement and replenishment of raw materials for domestic production and sub-contractor locations.
• Collaborate with the Production Planning Team to identify replenishment plans and confirm material availability.
• Manage collaboration between the supply chain and hub locations to ensure inventory supports business strategy and markets.
• Coordinate procurement activities for special projects and peak market seasons.
• Implement cost reduction efforts and maintain mainframe/PC-based systems for raw material inventories.
• Communicate forecasts to suppliers to shorten lead times and strengthen vendor partnerships.
• Work with Finance to develop strategies for reducing obsolete and unusable inventory.
• Partner with Manufacturing, QC, and Product Development teams to resolve material issues and support new material development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Experience presenting content in various environments, including business meetings and town halls.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive outcomes across different levels of the organization.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to present numerical data effectively.
