Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a high-performing procurement team
• Supervise and motivate a team of buyers and procurement specialists in a fast-paced environment
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet growth and material requirements
• Identify potential suppliers, negotiate favorable agreements, and manage vendor contracts
• Perform analysis of customer demand and historical usage to execute safety stock programs
• Establish and manage supplier scorecard systems to monitor cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Collaborate with the Global Operational Excellence team on continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in inventory management and utilizing ERP systems
• Experience in team supervision and leadership
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality system requirements
• US Citizenship is required due to ITAR/UNNPI regulations
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience with Syteline ERP system
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement expertise
• Experience with government compliance regulations
