Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day procurement activities through the India GCC, including local purchasing execution and requisition creation.
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing GCC procurement operations team by establishing clear roles and performance expectations.
• Act as a key liaison between the GCC and global procurement and Accounts Payable teams to ensure seamless P2P process flow.
• Document and continuously improve procurement operations processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Provide support and consultation for local sourcing activities and advise stakeholders on sourcing best practices.
• Support procurement policy enforcement and ensure operational activities align with internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in procurement operations, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience managing and coaching teams.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and procurement operations.
• Proficiency with procurement platforms such as SAP or Ariba.
• Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and various business units.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with supplier selection and negotiations.
