Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category-specific procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize organizational value
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee supplier performance and development
• Manage procurement activities across diverse categories including Construction, Facilities Management, PR, Travel, HR, and Technology
• Contribute to the creation of procurement policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and IT departments to support cross-functional procurement needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or a related commercial field
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end procurement processes
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of RFx management, supplier selection, and spend analysis
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity
• Knowledge of legal and compliance considerations related to procurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth or start-up environments
• Specific category expertise in Construction, Facilities Management, PR and Events, Travel, HR, or Technology
• Experience managing live Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Contract (S2C) platforms
