Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for facility management, engineering services, and utilities to ensure operational continuity for manufacturing and R&D sites.
• Manage MRO spare parts, equipment maintenance, and calibration contracts across multiple sites.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and full lifecycle contract management.
• Partner with EHS, engineering, and operations teams to ensure supplier performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Support preventive maintenance and capital expenditure (CAPEX) procurement projects.
• Drive cost savings, service reliability, and sustainable improvements (ESG).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience for Specialist level or 5+ years for Manager level in facility or engineering procurement.
• Proven experience with MRO, IFM, and technical service contracts.
• Knowledge of GMP or industrial environments.
• Strong skills in negotiation, supplier management, and project coordination.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global and regional teams.
