Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for airline categories including ground handling, catering, inflight products, and logistics
• Align procurement activities with organizational goals and budget constraints
• Conduct market research and utilize competitive sourcing methods such as RFP and RFQ
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments on vendor contracts and aviation standard compliance
• Track contract renewals and manage the renegotiation process to prevent service disruptions
• Monitor vendor performance through SLAs and KPIs and address deviations with operational teams
• Lead evaluations of offers and validate financial documentation against contracts
• Assist with cost-saving initiatives and maintain procurement savings dashboards
• Manage sourcing for crew uniforms and ensure logistics lifecycle accuracy
• Prepare monthly procurement reports and ensure compliance with aviation audit standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or a related field
• 5–7 years of procurement experience
• Strong understanding of contracting, negotiation, logistics, and procurement governance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tools
• Excellent analytical, financial, and commercial evaluation skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors in a fast-paced, multi-station environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in aviation, hospitality, or supply chain-intensive industries
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and high-level diplomacy
