Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for MEP and Fitout construction projects
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services within project budgets
• Develop strong vendor relationships and maintain supplier performance standards
• Coordinate with project, estimation, and engineering teams for procurement planning
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and contract documentation
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement within MEP & Fitout construction projects
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Gulf Countries
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractor management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office
• Lebanese nationality preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Commercial awareness and cost-control expertise
