Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for materials, subcontractors, and services
- Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedule
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams for technical approvals
- Optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
Requirements
- 10–15 years procurement experience in construction projects
- Mandatory experience in contracting or construction industry
- Strong experience in technical procurement (fit-out or MEP preferred)
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred
- Experience in GCC construction projects is an advantage
- Must reside in KSA and hold a valid iqama
- Immediate availability required
