Procurement Manager (AI Compute)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement including supplier development, RFQ, benchmarking, and negotiation
• Build senior partnerships with domestic and overseas OEM/ODM/channel vendors to secure GPU allocation and volume discounts
• Track global compute hardware and EDA software market trends to control spend
• Mitigate cross-border delivery, customs, and software licensing compliance risks
• Draft procurement, EDA subscription, and maintenance contracts
• Maintain procurement archives and submit monthly reports on spend and supplier performance
• Align with internal tech teams for smooth delivery of AI computing projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or International Trade
• 3–5 years of Asia AI compute or IDC procurement experience
• Background in GPU server and EDA procurement preferred
• Familiarity with ODM supply chains, hardware BOM structures, and EDA licensing models
• Proven track record in negotiating multi-million-dollar procurement contracts
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of AMEA cross-border trade regulations and hardware import requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Cross-border procurement experience
• Existing relationships with key equipment vendors
• Experience delivering data center hardware and EDA procurement projects across the Asia region
