Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of goods and services through competitive bidding to ensure optimal pricing and quality
• Manage core purchasing functions including receiving, delivering supplies, and maintaining organized storage
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for food, beverage, and commodity suppliers
• Partner with Culinary and F&B Directors to align purchasing strategy with menu development and quality standards
• Maintain appropriate par stock levels and monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks
• Implement and enforce procurement policies, inventory controls, and sustainability standards
• Supervise, train, and develop purchasing and receiving staff
• Perform daily reconciliation of food and beverage invoices and manage financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory requirements, and local storage laws

Requirements

• Saudi National
• Minimum of 6 years of related progressive experience in a hotel or related field
• Previous supervisory purchasing experience is required
• Proven experience in hotel pre-opening stages
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling standards and beverage management
• Proficiency in Windows, word processing, and spreadsheet programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle on-call needs for shipping and receiving

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and brand alignment
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control
