Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across investment data, technology, global client and corporate teams
• Lead procurement intake, prioritization, and sourcing execution across assigned categories
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives end-to-end, including RFx execution, proposal evaluation, and negotiation
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels to achieve commercial outcomes and risk mitigation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Technology
• Lead and develop procurement team members through coaching and feedback
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, controls, and systems using technology and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience
• Experience with investment data and technology services categories
• Experience managing procurement professionals or leading complex sourcing initiatives
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract structures, and third-party risk
• Proficiency with procurement technology (P2P, CLM, e-sourcing, ERP) and analytics tools
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
