Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide
• Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts for 1M+ procurement spend
• Build strong commercial relationships to fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to improve processes using automation and data
• Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize supply chain operations
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation strategies
• Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, or compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in procurement sourcing and supply chain contracting
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to solve problems independently
• Motivation for technology-driven transformation and AI integration
• Full business proficiency in German (preferred)
