Procurement Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of procurement activities for large-scale, complex industrial data center infrastructure projects.
• Track day-to-day procurement tasks, action items, and project dependencies to ensure alignment with schedules.
• Monitor material readiness and identify emerging supply risks, including single-source dependencies and logistics constraints.
• Perform regular data analytics to support the identification of risks and provide impact analysis to management.
• Follow up on assigned mitigation actions and maintain detailed risk trackers, dashboards, and logs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed procurement reports and inputs for leadership dashboards and executive updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in risk tracking, mitigation activities, and supplier coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, Cyberplan).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
