Procurement & Logistics Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing needs and ensure the completeness of internal specifications
• Create and track internal purchase orders (PO) and service orders (SO)
• Process purchase requests while ensuring compliance with internal processes
• Supervise invoicing and guarantee the accuracy of payments
• Monitor delivery statuses with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Manage procurement operations and maintain relationships with multiple suppliers
• Coordinate the shipment and delivery of various equipment, including driving simulators
• Ensure optimal stock management and equipment availability

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
• Knowledge of logistics coordination and inventory management
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)
