Procurement Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead national negotiations and synergies to achieve company efficiencies and savings
• Coordinate the procurement process for goods, services, and contracts
• Support business units in developing procurement plans
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers quarterly
• Analyze and present comparative quotation charts
• Manage credit openings with new suppliers
• Validate purchase and service orders
• Supervise procurement analysts
• Generate consumption statistics and monthly reports for management
• Maintain and update the supplier database
• Track and report savings using the SAVE tool
• Ensure quality control of goods and services through business unit stakeholders
• Promote compliance with anti-bribery management systems and ethical codes

Requirements

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of six (6) years leading Corporate Procurement processes
• Preferably holds a specialization in Logistics, Negotiation, Marketing, Project Management, or Finance
