Procurement Intern

Responsibilities

• Support Business and Corporate departments in negotiating high-stakes supplier contracts regarding volumes, commercial conditions, SLAs, and CSR clauses
• Conduct market research, benchmarks, and sourcing for new suppliers, specifically within IT, digital, cloud, SaaS, and technology segments
• Contribute to the tender process by drafting specifications, analyzing responses, and developing scoring grids
• Participate in price and contractual negotiations in collaboration with legal and business teams
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, contract reviews, and risk management
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and global suppliers in a multicultural environment

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) specialized in Procurement or Supply Chain
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes
• Excellent analytical skills for comparative studies and supplier evaluation
• Bilingual proficiency in English to operate in an international environment
• Basic knowledge of contract law and general purchasing conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation mindset, and attention to detail
