Procurement Intern

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and audit baseline procurement financial models to track project spend and realized savings
• Generate automated weekly and monthly KPI dashboards, commercial metrics reports, and data visualizations for leadership
• Support market intelligence by analyzing supplier proposals (RFPs) and constructing cost-benefit analysis matrices
• Draft and formalize strategic internal procurement memos, executive summaries, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support the regional and global rollout of updated procurement policies and ensure operational alignment
• Act as an audit coordinator to ensure proper digital retention of sign-offs and authorization records
• Track project timelines, phase gates, and critical path tasks for strategic savings initiatives
• Liaise between Procurement, Finance, and legal stakeholders to drive project milestones
• Organize project steering committee meetings and coordinate cross-functional agendas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a high GPA (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A collaborative team player capable of working with diverse regional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or a strong interest in utilizing AI tools to optimize supplier market research and automate cost-analysis workflows
