Procurement Head

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational goals
• Drive cost optimization, sustainability, and compliance across procurement functions
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring efficiency and governance
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate high-value contracts, prices, and terms to secure best value
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with project management teams to align procurement with schedules and budgets
• Oversee procurement for civil, MEP, and specialized project requirements
• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations

Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree
• Experience in procurement strategy and leadership
• Expertise in vendor and contract management
• Knowledge of civil and MEP project requirements
