Procurement Hair Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary procurement business partner for the India Hair Care category, partnering with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with India Beauty & Wellbeing priorities.
• Drive total value delivery, including cost savings, margin improvement, and innovation enablement.
• Build and manage a strong supplier ecosystem, leading strategic partnerships to unlock long-term value.
• Proactively identify and manage supply, cost, quality, and operational risks to ensure continuity of supply.
• Lead initiatives on specification optimization and complexity reduction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Background in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industries.
• Demonstrated experience in a business partnering role with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link procurement actions to business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high-spend and high-complexity categories.
• Exposure to innovation-driven or fast-changing product portfolios.
• Experience working directly with strategic supplier partnerships.
